Finders International are hosting their third and final hybrid event of the 2022 Deputyship Development Day series. We are taking #DepDevDay to York, aimed for both public and private deputyship professionals based in the North of England.
We will be joined by the Partnership team from ‘Universal Credit’ to look at the latest news and answer some of your questions. As The Local Government Ombudsman recently released information and guidance regarding Deprivation of Assets, we have also invited ‘Nellie Supports’ who will be outlining what the guidance means for local authority charging and its implications for those who act as Appointee and/or Deputy. For our final speaker, we have the Head of COP from ‘Clarion Solicitors’ who will be discussing risk management in deputyship.
There will also be presentations from the host for the event, Finders International, delving into topics and case studies related to probate genealogy, and an insightful presentation from our headline sponsor ‘CASPARCLOUD’, detailing into compliance when it comes to the safeguarding of managing financial assets of those without capacity.
