A Probate valuer with over 30 years experience. Richard has a wide knowledge and considerable interest in all manner of Fine Art & Antiques, with further interests in Asian Art, Ethnographic Art and British Coins.

A RICS-accredited Fine & Decorative Arts valuer with over 30 years of experience. A Probate specialist offering an empathic & sensitive approach at an often emotional time. Richard is a general valuer but with further interests in Asian Works of Art, Ethnographic Art, British Coins, British & European Ceramics & Glass, Silver and most things antique-related. An experienced and knowledgeable valuer able to appraise a wide range of general chattels.

Richard has curated successful stand-alone sales, comprising a private collection of Moorcroft, an Asian art sales, Ethnographic sales, and Coins and Postal scales, resulting in a few white glove sales. Most recently, Richard was fortunate to catalogue and sell the Cotman family collection of pictures, spanning several generations of this illustrious family.

Richard undertakes valuations for Inheritance Tax Assessment (Probate), throughout London, the Home Counties and Middle England.

Dave is a former Deputy Decision Maker appointed by the Court of Protection in England and Wales. Dave’s experience comes from working in four diverse local authorities across London and the South East, dealing with varied services, ongoing legislation changes and increased workloads with decreasing resources; managing expectations from both the public and internal colleagues.

Not only does Dave have experience of acting as a Deputy under the Court of Protection, he is also well versed in the complexities of dealing with the statutory obligation of providing funerals under the Public Health Act. Dave is also one of the founding members and former chair of APAD (The Association of Public Authority Deputies).
